Storage monthly and handling
All prices in Canadian dollars, before tax. Portal fee $20 per month, waived from 1,000 units. Above 20,000 units a month the rate is quoted in the $0.20 to $0.30 range depending on prep mix. Alberta has no provincial sales tax; the tax applied to your invoice depends on Canadian place-of-supply rules and your circumstances.

What exactly is included in the base prep rate?
Receiving, unloading, unboxing, counting, inspection, tag and sticker removal, FNSKU, UPC and marketplace-required labelling, expiry date labelling, packaging and outbound handling. Protective prep such as polybagging, bubble wrap and bundling is priced separately, because not every product needs it. Every add-on and its price is listed in the rate card above.
Is there a minimum volume or a contract?
No. There is no setup fee, no monthly minimum and no contract. You pay the per-unit rate for the volume you actually send in that month, and the rate improves automatically as your volume moves up a band.
What does it cost to send inventory in?
Boxes are received free with no notice needed. Pallets are $10 each, and we ask that you call or email ahead so the bay is clear when the carrier arrives. If your supplier is in Calgary we can collect instead, for $30 beyond 5 km.
How does storage work?
Storage is billed monthly by the space your stock occupies: $29.99 for a pallet position, $14.99 for a shelf, $9.99 for a bin. You are only charged for what you use, and most inventory moving onward promptly never needs a storage line at all.
Do you handle marketplace returns?
Yes. Returned units come back to us, and we inspect each one at $1.50 per item to determine whether it can be resold. Anything unsellable can be disposed of at $0.10 per item, or held for you to decide.
Can I visit the warehouse?
No. The warehouse is closed to visitors, because other sellers' inventory is on the floor alongside yours and we treat that as confidential. If you want eyes on your stock, call or text (403) 667-2598 and we will send photographs of your shipment instead.
How do you communicate about my shipments?
By phone, text, email and WhatsApp, whichever you prefer. Sellers consistently tell us that responsiveness is the reason they stay, so you will not be waiting days for an answer about where your inventory is.
